Black Bass Fishing
At Nicely Netted our fishing trips have been put together so that you, the customer, will enjoy your time with us in Portugal and Spain.
Black Bass fishing is very popular in Portugal; there is a famous reservoir in Santa Clara, which held the European record for the largest black bass. This is a very popular reservoir as many people love to fish for it’s record-breaking black bass.
Black Bass fishing is done from a small boat using a spinner and a lure, this is hard work for a day’s fishing, especially if you’re not accustomed to it, but it is a great experience and well worth trying once.
The Itinerary
Typically, the day starts at 6.30 am, so that gets you fishing at approximately 7.15 am. A full English breakfast is available on the bank.
Lunch is grilled chicken or sandwiches served with salad and a choice of sauces, Piri Piri for the adventurous again served on the bank.
We finish the day at 7 pm, that gives us time to clean up and go for a few beers and something to eat, an evening meal will cost about 7 euros depending on what you choose.
How Much Will it Cost?
If you are visiting the Algarve in Portugal or Salou in Spain and wish to go on one of our Black Bass fishing tours, the costs are from 125 euros per person per day, which includes all baits, tackle and licenses, breakfast, lunch.
